NBC says forget 'Friends' reunion rumorsNew York January 24, 2006 12:01:13 AM IST
NBC Universal chief Jeff Zucker Monday said there is not one ounce of truth to widespread reports of a multimillion-dollar Friends reunion.
Published reports cropped up during the weekend reporting the six Friends stars had signed big money deals with NBC to revisit the sitcom for four one-hour episodes.
However, Zucker told Access Hollywood the reports had not one ounce of truth.
He also quashed a rumored Friends spinoff starring David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry and Matt LeBlanc.
Friends ended its 10-year run in May 2004 and remains popular in syndication.(UPI)
